If I’m dancing, then it’s because the dessert is delicious! 🍧

Alhamdulillah praise to Allah. Today, I had my chance to taste one of famous dessert because the weather was nice and warm so I thought why not? Have you heard about ‘Bingsu’? It is a popular summer treats and it taste delicious!

Bingsu or Bingsoo is a Korean shaved ice dessert that serve with sweet toppings.

For me, this Bingsu is like our Malaysian version of ‘Ais Kacang’ that is famous for tea break. It is more unique and much sweeter and heavier than our ‘Ais Kacang’. If you are a fan of sweet frozen dessert you should try this Bingsu.

So, back to my story. The day was perfect to taste this famous Bingsu from Troots Cafe at Metrocity Matang. I ordered this famous and best selling Bingsu called ‘Brownie Cheesecake Bingsu’. I tell you, you will not regret ordering this Bingsu because it taste less sweet but still full of flavour. I am served with condensed milk to the side and as a topping, it has couple cube cut of brownies and a couple cube cut of cheesecake, topped with whipped cream that was drizzled with chocolate sauce, with a pinch of nuts. The size? Worry no more because it can be share with 2-3 people.
